Description

The Dreamboat bungalow is a 1950s built bungalow on the quite side of sleepy Frinton-on-sea. A designed for purpose Holiday home from home where you can unwind and relax in style. Created for easy living and comfort in a harmonious space. Only 4 min walk from a sandy, Blue flag, dog friendly beach.

The bungalow has 2 off street parking spaces. Enter through a porch, with plenty of hooks for coats, umbrellas and towels, past the yellow front door into a small central hall way with all the rooms leading off from the hallway.

Bedrooms

There are 2 twin rooms with hypo allergenic mattresses and bedding. We are passionate about sleep and have invested in luxurious Emma memory foam mattresses for the best night sleep along with Emma pillows. Fluffy Bamboo duvets for all year round comfort and 100% linen sheets and covers for breathability and temperature control. Linen is also very environmentally friendly as is bamboo. Both bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans and bedside reading lights. The beds can be arrange to suit your needs either together or separated .There is open plan storage to place your clothes and bedside tables with more storage

Kitchen

A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas hob , electric oven, microwave, dish washer and fridge. With M&S and Aldi 5 min drive away it’s a perfect self catering space.

Lounge / Dining Room

The lounge has a 4k android TV with most streaming services available as well as streaming from your phone. A blue tooth sound bar, 4 seater sofa and dining table for 4 with double doors open onto the garden. The lounge also has a ceiling fan.

Bathroom

Designer bathroom with large enclosed shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Shaving mirror and light up mirror. Organic cotton waffle towels are provided along with earth and skin friendly soap.

Laminate flooring through co-ordinating with the soothing pebble colour palette and blues that are inspired by the surrounding landscape

Garden

Private , sheltered, sunny back yard equipped with, BBQ (gas provided), fire pit (fire lighters, kindling and logs supplied),  lounges for sunning on the lawn, tables and chairs for alfresco dining on the deck along with atmospheric Festoon lighting for evenings spent hanging in the garden

Other

There is a utility room for drying towels whatever the weather. This is also where we store the 4 beach lounger chairs , beach umbrella and cooler box for days spent at the beach.

There is a garage to store bikes in if you bring bikes, with miles of off road family friendly cycling to be done you would be crazy not too.
